EU’S Von Der Leyen Is available in Kyiv for Talks

KYIV (Reuters) – European Payment President Ursula von der Leyen arrived in Kyiv on Thursday for conferences imagined to highlight help for Ukraine because the very first anniversary of Russia’s invasion nears.

“Nice to be again in Kyiv, my 4th time on condition that Russia’s invasion. This time, with my crew of Commissioners,” she wrote on Twitter beneath a picture of her arriving at a Kyiv railway station.

“We’re right here collectively to obviously present that the EU stands by Ukraine as firmly as at any time. And to deepen extra our support and cooperation.”

Prospects of the govt. European Fee will meet up with customers of the Ukrainian governing administration on Thursday.

On Friday, von der Leyen and the chairman of the 27 European Union countrywide leaders, Charles Michel, will fulfill President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
