Italy qualify for the final 4 of the UEFA Nations League

To jump to the UEFA Nations League final, there was no other way but to get the victory. Now, by presenting the dominating performance,  Italy qualify for the final 4 of the UEFA Nations League competition after finishing 1st in their group. Italy has solved the calculation. Against Bosnia-Herzegovina, Belotti  & Berardi’s goals led Italy to the expected victory.

At the opponent’s venue, earlier, the last round of the first group in League A took place where the four times FIFA World Cup winner Italy won by a 2 – 0 goal. Belotti and Berardi scored one goal each in the game. In the other match of the group, at the venue of Poland, Netherlands won by a 2 – 1 goal against Poland but it will not bring any good to them. 

The teams France, Spain, Italy and Belgium will play the finals of the tournament in the next October 2021. 

However, Italy played aggressively from the very beginning of the game. And in the 22nd minute, they have got the success. From the left side, Insigne made the perfect cross and Belotti found the net successfully.

Just three minutes later, they could increase the difference but the shot of Berardi was stopped amazingly. In the 33rd minute, Barella made a cross but Emerson failed to make the head. Just a few minutes later, Italy’s saviour was their goalkeeper Donnarumma.

In the 2nd half, Italy made several attacks and in the 66th minute, they made the scoreline 2 – 0. It was Berardi who scored the 2nd goal. Including their last match, Italy remains unbeaten in their last 22 matches. They faced the defeat against Portugal in the 10th September 2018.

Now, by playing six matches, Italy managed three victories and three draws. So, with the 12 points, they have finished the group stage. And, by winning three matches and two draws, Netherlands managed 11 points. The other team of the group Poland managed 7 points so far.
