Military service members and their family members (spouses/children) have countless opportunities to apply for scholarships for meeting their educational goals and ambitions. The military scholarship program is offered in almost all fields as it helps the military personnel to gain education and continue to pursue a military career along. Some of the esteemed military scholarship programs are shown below:  

  • Academic Top Scholars (ATS) 
  • More than 5,000 scholarships valued at $16 Million
  • Dependent children aged 24/ all spouses of active-duty US military service members
  • Allied Van Lines Military Scholarship2 scholarships are awarded $1,000 per winner
  • Essay (400-800 words) regarding a career in logistics/supply chain management
  • Enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited university
  • Children/spouse of discharged veteran / active military member 
  • Children of active-duty US military who have died on active duty after 11 September 2001
  • America’s Child – Higher Education Assistance

Military Masters Degree Scholarship

The military master’s degree scholarship includes the following options:

  • AMVETS – Dr. Aurelio M. Caccomo Family Foundation Memorial Scholarship (Deadline – 30 April)
  • Award for veterans/members of national guard and reserves
  • Advancement / new skills in the competitive job market
  • Children/spouse of a veteran or active duty military member
  • Enrolled in accredited undergraduate/graduation program
  • Financial need must be justified
  • Must not be convicted in drugs/firearms 
  • Pat Tillman Foundation Scholarship
  • Veteran and active-duty military service members
  • Current spouses of veteran and active-duty military service members
  • Pursuing or already completed an undergraduate degree (bachelors’ or above)
  • Children are not eligible
  • Essay (400 words)
  • Recommendation letter
  • Resume
  • Proof of military service etc. 
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • AFCEA Educational Fund 
  • $2000 award to students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree and associated with science and technology field
  • Army Women’s Foundation (Legacy Scholarship Program)
  • Aid women, military members to achieve their educational goals
  • Financial support is offered in Certificate programs, college, undergraduate, and graduate degrees
  • The award amount is $1000 for college and $2,500 for graduation programs

Military Spouse Scholarship

The military spouse scholarship offered are as under:

  • Hope for the Warriors 
  • Help spouses to acquire education in an accredited university
  • Financial support and education
  • Chief Petty Officer Scholarship Fund
  • Family members of Chief Petty Officers (Spouses/children)
  • Two (02) scholarships of $5,000 are awarded
  • Air Force Aid Society General George S. Brown Spouse Tuition Assistance Program (STAP) 
  • The financial benefit to spouses of active-duty US Air Force service members
  • Spouses of active duty/retired service members are eligible
  • Financial assistance in education goals

Military One Source Spouse Scholarship

Military One Source spouse scholarship provides support to children’s education and aid in the career advancement of eligible military spouses. Under My Career Advancement Account (CAA), the scholarship assists in obtaining certifications, degrees, etc. in a respective field for the spouses. The My CAA scholarship covers the following:-

  • $4,000 of financial assistance
  • Individualized coaching session
  • Spouses who completed their high schools are eligible 
  • Spouses of National guard and reserves are eligible

Military Spouse College Scholarship

The military spouse college scholarships include the following:

  • Army Scholarship Foundation
  • Spouse/Sons/daughters of active duty US military or former member
  • High school seniors at accredited college
  • Minimum of 2.0-grade point average
  • US citizenship
  • Ankin Law Office Scholarship for Military Veterans
  • $,000 to military family members/veterans
  • Trade / vocational schools / Two year / Four year universities)
  • Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) Scholarships
  • Provides assistance in college-level education spouse who are members of AAAA
  • All unmarried siblings, children, grandchildren, etc. are eligible
  • Spouse Tuition Assistance Program (STAP) 
  • Partial tuition for spouses who accompany officers to an overseas location
  • Increased occupational opportunities
