The lawsuit dates back to 2018 where Avnay Naik, a designer and inner designer, died by suicide and called Arnab Goswami and two others in a suicide remark. Mr Naik’s family disputed to the administration telling the investigation had been hastened and the administration decreed a re-examination of the lawsuit. Mr Goswami’s attorneys have contended that the authority have not met the formal regulation of buying the permission from a tribunal for reopening the trial which oversaw to the charge of Mr Arnab Goswami.
