USA TODAY Sports Network launches modern local, state and federal high college sports grants policies

November 27, 2020 – The USA TODAY High School Sports Network is inaugurating a multi-month high school learner athlete distinction policy in all 51 states, encompassing the DC metro area, and 78 nations across the world. The High School Sports Awards program, the hugest of its sort in the country, will end in a federal medals show in early August. 

The USA TODAY High School Sports Awards show,  which will be televised and accessible for streaming, will showcase those honorees from each nation, declare openly the top three in the nation and then name the athlete of the year in each sport. Spectators will also discern awards for the freshman athlete of the year, the game of the year, the country’s top male and female athlete, and several additional premier medals for high school learner athletes.  

Beginning in December, every nation and region will declare openly honorees and begin also throughout the year as recreation infer.
